Life often brings moments where we find ourselves longing to hear from God. Whether it's in times of crisis, deep reflection, or simply a sense of wonder, we crave a sense of His presence and guidance. The Bible shows us there are many ways to encounter God’s voice—through signs, Scripture, and through those around us. In John 1:43-51, we see the story of Jesus calling Philip, who then shares this life-changing news with Nathanael. Even with initial skepticism, Nathanael is drawn to meet Jesus and ultimately encounters God in a powerful, personal way.

This passage invites us to think about how God speaks to us today. Do we seek Him out? Do we recognize His voice through the signs He places around us, through the truth of His Word, or through the encouragement of others?
